What information is being collected?

Purchases made online, over the telephone or form mail order can be assured that your card information will not be held by us, it is collected from our third party payment processors which specialise in secure online capture and processing or different types of debit and credit card transactions.

Why is information being collected?

The question may be asked why information is being collected, we use the information from the records we hold for operation purposes, some examples are; tracking various deliveries, dealing with queries, tracking of deliveries, reviewing of purchases from the past.

It is possible that we may transfer personal information to a third party as part of a sale, or we may transfer information if there is any instances of business reconstruction or reorganisation. Transfers to third countrys and safeguards in place

The information that is provided to us by you may in some cases be transferred to countries which are not within the European Economic Area (known as “EEA”). Retention period or Holding periods

Transactional Data will be made anonymous after following 5 years of continued dormancy. Any transactional information still held after this time will be used for analysis only.

If you have applied for a job, but been unsuccessful, we will aim to keep your records on file for not any longer than 3 months, unless you request  or opt otherwise. It is true that you have previously been employed by your personal details, salary information will be retained for six years as requirement by law
